Thank you for following the Managing Meds Video Challenge. We look forward to seeing your inspiring videos! The submission deadline is Friday, October 19 at 5 p.m. EDT.
Do you have all the required items ready to go?
Submission Checklist
- Is your video under two minutes in length?
- Does your video demonstrate how technology can be used to help you take your meds as prescribed?
- Does your video direct viewers to visit www.HealthIT.gov for more information? Note: This can be spoken or in a text overlay. "Health IT" is pronounced Health-EYE-TEE.
- Did you obtain actual signatures for the Video Consent Form from each individual appearing in your video? Note: Only the official form provided by the competition will be accepted.
- Do you have a transcript of all the words that are spoken/sung in your video? If you're using a licensed song in your video, do you own the rights to it?
- Have you reviewed the Judging Criteria, Official Rules, and the Enter a Video page to make sure your submission includes all the required items?
Video Upload Tip
Don't wait until the last minute to upload your video. It could take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours or more, depending on the format of your original video, file size, upload traffic, Internet connection speed, etc. Plan accordingly!
